Updated Crossover Haval H6 Officially Presented: Adaptive Cruise And Large Touchscreen

Haval has unveiled a second-generation restyled H6 SUV for the Chinese market. As reported by AutoHome, the crossover has improved the exterior, making it more spectacular and "premium", as well as expanded the list of options.

• The SUV slightly changed the glass line, designed new bumpers and a tailgate, and also changed the radiator grill. It has become larger, and the filling of the lattice itself will depend on the modification. In the Haval H6 with the most modest engine, it will receive horizontal strips, in the more powerful version - a three-dimensional mesh (it is called "matrix"), and in the GT version, the grille will also be darkened, like other body chrome. At the stern, there are new lights, connected by an LED strip, and a modified spoiler.
• The main details of the update in the interior are a new steering wheel and a media system with a 12.3-inch touchscreen monitor (which is already available as standard). In addition, the center tunnel has been redesigned, the gearshift joystick has been redesigned, and the more expensive versions will have a digital instrument panel the same size as the center media screen.
• The range of on-board driver's assistants has been expanded with adaptive cruise control and a lane-keeping system with the ability to steer. Parking assistant and surround view system will also appear in the list.

• The engine range of the Haval H6 has not changed - it still consists of "turbo fours" with a volume of 1.5 and 2.0 liters. The younger engine is available in two power options - 150 and 169 hp. (210 and 285 Nm, respectively), the larger one develops 224 hp. and 385 Nm. The only gearbox is a seven-speed "robot", the H6 all-wheel drive system of this generation is not equipped.
• In the home market, the Haval H6 is available in seven trim levels at prices ranging from 98,900 to 128,900 yuan (1.14-1.5 million rubles).
• The last update of the Russian Haval lineup was the restyling of the H9 SUV - it was announced in early March. The competitor ToyotLand Cruiser Prado received a more powerful engine, an upgraded transmission and a set of new options.
