The administration of a secluded residential complex in the suburbs of the American Cincinnati refuses to stop evacuating cars with signs of accidents or rust from their territory - even if they belong to guests of the inhabitants. Local 12 reports that the management company issues three to four warnings daily.
- The story caught the attention of local media after the channel was contacted by one of the warned. According to the owner of a 2001 HondInsight with a slightly dented front, he came to the apartment complex for just a few minutes - to give the package to a friend who lives here. Upon his return, he found a note on the car warning that the exterior of his car did not meet the high standards of the residential complex - and therefore it must be removed. Otherwise, the car will be evacuated within 24 hours.
- According to the administration of the MontanWalley complex, the basis for such a warning may be dents, rust on the body, traces of poor paint or even flat tires. The local press clarifies that managers issue three to four warnings daily, and one or two cars a month are still evacuated. And those who do not have the funds to repair their car were advised either not to park their cars on the territory of the complex, or to move altogether.
- In the summer of last year, Russia suggested starting to fine the owners of abandoned incomplete cars. It was planned to add an article to the new Code of Administrative Offenses, according to which it would be possible to impose a fine on the owners of unattended cars with missing bumpers, glasses or wheels.
