Wild Three-axle Jeep Gladiator Pickup Truck Made Even Wilder And More Expensive

Lauderdale-based SoFlo Jeeps has put up for sale yet another example of its three-axle Jeep Gladiator pickup from the collection collectively named Apocalypse. For an extreme truck with a 750-horsepower engine, they asked for 199 thousand dollars (about 15 million rubles).

• It is this version of the six-wheeled vehicle that its creators named Apocalypse Hellfire - not least because of the motor used on it. The truck is powered by a compressor 6.2-liter engine known as the Hellcat. In the factory version, it develops 717 hp, but for the custom Gladiator, the engine output was increased to 750 hp.

• The motor works in conjunction with an eight-speed "automatic" and an all-wheel drive system that allows traction to be transmitted to both four and six wheels at the same time. The suspension uses active shock absorbers. In addition to lengthening, the truck also acquired custom body panels made of steel and Kevlar: the thickness of the metal on the power bumpers reaches 6.5 millimeters, and the doors are removable.
• The Apocalypse Hellfire is equipped with 40-inch off-road wheels, LED optics, a 4.3-ton winch and a full-fledged media system with the ability to integrate smartphones, navigation and a rearview camera. The interior of this piece is finished with scratch-resistant leather.

• SoFlo Jeeps had previously sold a similar SUV, but the Apocalypse Doomsday was weaker and cheaper. Built on the same principles, the truck was equipped with an atmospheric 6.2-liter V8 from Corvette, developing 500 hp, and was estimated at 175 thousand dollars (13.2 million rubles).
