Inventor and businessman Bruce Baldwin Mohs has come up with many useful gizmos, such as highway separation barriers. However, his Mohs SafariKar is more about flashy than functional or incredibly useful projects.
Be that as it may, Mohs built several of these SafariKar prototypes based on the International Harvester Travelall with a V8 engine and a three-speed "automatic". These cars were supposed to be used as luxury hunting vehicles somewhere in the African savannah. Although in fact the car looks more like the transport of the villain from the film adaptation of some comics. See for yourself!

The characteristic look of a 1960s American cross-country wagon has been enhanced with chrome accents and retro-inspired trim. The body is covered with leather, and the doors have an unusual opening mechanism - for the possibility of front and rear landing, as well as for ease of shooting on the go. There's even a retractable roof that makes the convertible look like a hearse.

Another interesting feature is the front seats with hinges, which allow you to compensate for roll.

One such SafariKar is currently being auctioned, and so far they are asking for less than two and a half million rubles. It is difficult to say whether this is a lot or a little for such a strange car - it is unlikely that in 2021 you will go hunting in such a car. But if there are plans to take over the world or something like that, then you can think about it.
