The fuel crisis in Khabarovsk led not only to hours-long queues at gas stations, but also to attempts to make money on the part of drivers. According to the local portal DVHab, residents of the city are already trying to trade places in queues and gasoline from the fuel cards of legal entities.
- The queues at the gas station in Khabarovsk - those that still sell fuel - stretch for kilometers. The publication mentions a letter from a reader who had to stand in such a line for seven hours, and reports on attempts to sell places in the line at a price of several thousand rubles.
- Some local fuel networks sell gasoline only on the fuel cards of enterprises, and this becomes a reason for speculation. Advertisements on the sale of gasoline to private car owners at an inflated price appear on local social networks. The rise in prices was also noted at gas stations.
- The regional authorities promise to eliminate the fuel shortage by the end of the week: gasoline from Rosrezerv has already begun to flow to Khabarovsk. However, the queues at the gas station have not yet resolved.
Previously, the cause of the fuel crisis was called the shutdown of a local refinery for planned modernization. The plant was supposed to reach full capacity on February 1, but the deadlines were disrupted, and therefore the gasoline stock created by the management of the enterprise was not enough.
