Jeep has confirmed its intention to add the Grand Wagoneer model to the lineup with the help of a number of teasers: the premiere is scheduled for September 3. However, fans' calculations did not materialize, as the firm announced that it would only present a concept prototype next week.

- The novelty should lead Jeep's lineup, becoming the brand's largest and most luxurious SUV. It is assumed that the serial Grand Wagoneer will be built on the platform of the Ram 1500 pickup and will be equipped with both a six-cylinder engine (3.6 liters, 305 hp) and a V8 (5.7 liters, 400 hp).
- Jeep's plans include a more compact and affordable model on the same basis, which will be called the Wagoneer. The start of mass production of both new Jeeps is scheduled for the second quarter of next year, but when exactly Jeep will show the conveyor versions of the Wagoners is still unknown.
- For the first time, Jeep's intentions to return the Grand Wagoneer to its lineup were announced back in 2011.

The firm also plans to bring a hybrid version of the Wrangler to market (early next year), some all-new SUV with three rows of seats (in the second half of 2021) and a subcompact crossover smaller than the Renegade (in 2022).
