The 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 has appeared on the eBay online auction. One of the advantages of the sports car is its participation in the filming of last year's blockbuster "Hobbs and Show", as well as the ninth part of "Fast and the Furious", which is scheduled to premiere only next spring.
The seller claims that the car is in perfect condition - "as if it had just come from a dealership." The rare Mustang was restored using only original parts under the supervision of Ford officials. The declared mileage since the full restoration is 1,600 miles (a little over 2,500 kilometers).
- The body of the coupe is painted in Light Pewter gold in combination with black inserts, the interior is trimmed in two shades of leather - black and Vermillon red. According to the description, the equipment of this Ford Mustang is completely identical to the equipment that was offered for the model in 1971, including the factory Drag Pack.
- The sports car is powered by an eight-cylinder CobrJet engine with a volume of 429 cubic inches (approximately 7 liters). The documents do not indicate the power of the engine, but in 1971 such an engine for the Mustang developed about 335 hp.
The rarity is sold not by a film studio, but by a private person. The seller specifically states that during the filming, the car did not participate in races and stunts, but played a static role. It is planned to sell the Mustang from the set for 75 thousand dollars (just over 5.6 million rubles), but the price may rise in the two remaining days of trading.
