Ford has unveiled the new F-150 pickup truck. This is the fourteenth generation of the model. The Ford F-150 is the most popular pickup truck and best-selling vehicle in the world, with more than a million copies purchased annually in North America alone.

The new Ford F-150 is a deep redesign of its predecessor, which debuted in 2014. The steel frame and aluminum cab frame are unchanged, but all exterior panels are new. Due to them, as well as active louvers in the grille, the pickup has improved aerodynamics.
- The pickup has a huge number of versions. The Ford F-150 is available in six trim levels with three cab types, each with two wheelbases. Plus, for the model, you can choose one of 11 radiator grilles. The diameter of the rims is from 17 to 22 inches.

Depending on the level of equipment, either an analogue dashboard with a four-inch display between the tachometer and speedometer is offered, or a fully digital instrument with a diagonal of 8 or 12.3 inches. The new multimedia system Sync 4 (with 8 or 12 inches display) will be updated "over the air" throughout the life of the vehicle.
- The Ford F-150 has received several new options. The armrest folds out into a desk that can accommodate a 15-inch laptop, while the front seats recline nearly 180 degrees. Advanced adaptive cruise control is available, which allows you to quickly take your hands off the wheel, as well as an 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system.
- After the generation change, the F-150 received a hybrid version. The power unit consists of a 3.5-liter gasoline turbo engine built into a 10-speed "automatic" 48-horsepower electric motor and a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1.5 kWh. The hybrid pickup is capable of pulling a trailer weighing up to 5.4 tons, and its range is 1,125 kilometers.

Traditional engines will also remain in the engine lineup - a six-cylinder aspirated 3.3, twin-turbo V6 2.7 and 3.5, a five-liter V8 naturally aspirated and a three-liter six-cylinder turbodiesel. All motors are paired with a ten-speed "automatic", rear or all-wheel drive. Detailed specifications will be revealed at a later date.
In the US, sales of the new Ford F-150 will begin in the fall of 2020. Its production will be established at the American factories of the brand in Dearborn and Kansas City.
