Video: From The Crossover Geely Atlas Made A Pickup

The Ministry of Industry of China has certified the Geely Remote FX pickup truck. It is built on the basis of the Atlas Pro crossover, which the company plans to sell in Russia.

- According to Sina, the pickup retained its monocoque body. The length of the Remote FX compared to the crossover has been increased from 4544 to 4905 millimeters. At the same time, the width, height and wheelbase have not changed - 1831, 1713 and 2670 mm, respectively. The cargo area is 1125 mm long and 1230 mm wide and has a sliding awning. The payload of the Remote FX is 540 kilograms.
-
The pickup, with the exception of the radiator grille with the new logo, is the same as the Atlas Pro all the way to the rear doors. The list of equipment includes LED headlights, adaptive cruise control and all-round cameras.
- Geely Remote FX is certified only with a 1.8 petrol turbo engine with a capacity of 184 hp, with which the Atlas crossover is sold on the Russian market. The engine is combined with a six-speed "automatic". The basic drive is front-wheel drive. Full is available for a surcharge.
- Geely Remote FX is expected to officially premiere during 2020. Nothing is known about the prospects for a pickup outside of China.
