New Chery Tiggo & Nbsp; 7 Will Arrive In & Nbsp; Russia With & Nbsp; Prefix Pro

The Chinese company Chery announced that the second generation Tiggo 7 crossover will appear on the Russian market in the third quarter of 2020. The model will go on sale under the name Chery Tiggo 7 Pro.

• The SUV made its debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in the fall of 2019, four years after the original model premiered. The crossover has grown in length by 30 millimeters (up to 4500 mm), in width by 5 mm (up to 1842 mm), and in height by 76 mm (up to 1746 mm). The wheelbase has not changed - 2670 mm.
• Inside, the Tiggo 7 Pro repeats the larger Tiggo 8, which is already on sale in Russia in versions with five and seven seats. The equipment of the crossover includes LED optics, a 12.3-inch dashboard, heated windshield and steering wheel, dual-zone climate control and multimedia with a 10.25-inch touchscreen display.
• In China, the Pro version of the crossover is available with a 197 hp 1.6-liter petrol turbo engine. (290 Nm) and a seven-speed "robot" with two clutches. The version without the Pro attachment has a "turbo four" 1.5 for 156 hp. (230 Nm) paired with a six-speed "mechanics" or variator. In any case, only front-wheel drive.

• The automaker will announce details about the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro trim levels and its Russian prices closer to the start of sales. In the same third quarter, the luxury brand CheryExeed will appear in Russia.
