There are a huge number of different models in the world for every taste, income level and area of application. However, the tasks for which a person purchases a car are even more unusual. And human fantasy is truly limitless. Under the influence of these circumstances, very unexpected instances arise - here are nine of the most striking examples.
Hunting Fiesta

A Ford dealership in the USA has put up a very unusual example of a compact sedan Ford Fiesta for sale. The car with 199,230 miles (320,630 kilometers) was adapted by the previous owner … for hunting deer!
The Hunting Fiest received large-lug off-road tires, plastic wheel arch extensions, a winch and a searchlight. Instead of a back sofa in the Fiesta's saloon, a rubber mat is laid to make it convenient to load the booty.
The car with a 1.6-liter 122 hp engine, five-speed "mechanics" and front-wheel drive has been used for four hunting seasons and, despite the significant mileage, is in good condition. The only loss is the doorknob. In fact, a trifle. Considering what an unusual role the compact city sedan has been adapted for.
Why the former owner of this car did not take some already prepared SUV, pickup truck or at least a crossover for hunting game is unknown.
Fishing Datsun

A car for outdoor enthusiasts based on the front-wheel drive hatchback Datsun mi-DO was built by order of the Russian division of the company. In a customer survey, Datsun found that many of these car buyers prefer outdoor activities, such as fishing.
So the idea to release a showcar was born. The vehicle is camouflaged with Raptor scratch-resistant material. The ground clearance was increased to 180 mm. In addition, a main pair with an increased gear ratio was installed in the transmission to improve the traction capabilities of the machine.
The bottom is protected from a 4mm aluminum sheet. The hatchback's rear sofa was dismantled and the boot floor panel was digested. As a result, the spare wheel has moved outward, under the body. And in the back, the most important thing appeared - a module with many compartments for tackle and necessary equipment.
Bird watching cars

Specialized transport is not only used by hunters and fishermen. Specially converted machines are also built for such a peaceful activity as bird watching.
Birdwatching is a very popular activity, and tours are organized for it in many countries around the world. In addition to the discreet coloring, the SUVs adapted for tourists have a roomy body and an open opening in the roof, over which a special canopy is reinforced. It is through the opening that the observers should look out, and the canopy is necessary so that the bird watchers do not bake their heads. Since it may take a long time to wait for the right bird.
Nissan Patrol with steering wheel at the rear seat

In Dubai, from the usual silver Nissan Patrol, they made a real ghost SUV. A meeting with such a low-key at first glance car in a traffic stream can lead, at least, to a nervous shock. After all, you will not see the driver in it either on the left or on the right.
Both front seats of this Patrol are passenger, and all controls, including the steering wheel, instruments, automatic transmission selector and pedals, have been moved to the rear sofa. The driver is now placed exactly there, in the center of the cabin. Considering that the rear windows are tinted at the same time, the effect for those around it is amazing.
However, do not rush to consider the Patrol modified in this way only an example of technical hooliganism. It can be used for quite practical purposes: for example, for excursions with a good panoramic view.
Pickup pools

US resident Tommy Prestella put on stream the production of devices that turn the body of a pickup truck into a spacious pool. According to the founder of Pick-Up Pools, it all started on one hot day in 2014 with the suggestion of his little daughter, who was not satisfied with the size of her small inflatable pool.
"Dad, I want to swim in the big pool!" - demanded the little lover of water procedures. The caring father tried to find a solution with improvised means, placing a piece of waterproof cloth in the back of the pickup, but it turned out to be not so easy to do it in the wind.
To find a ready-made solution, Prestella turned to the Internet. It turned out that no one had thought of setting up the production of pools for a pickup truck body, so Tommy decided to master the empty niche himself. Now in the assortment of his company there are waterproof inserts-pools of three standard sizes, covering a wide range of pickups popular in the USA. Issue price - from 189 to 249 dollars.
Jacuzzi car
Colin Furze, a plumber, stuntman and inventor from the UK, is known for his many ingenious gimmicks, including a jet-powered stroller and the world's longest motorcycle.
Cars also touched his fantasy. In particular, he turned an old BMW 3 Series E30 into a whirlpool tub. At the same time, the car body was covered with grass.
Despite serious interference in the design, the car retained all the units, including the mechanical transmission, the lever of which in the "combat" position was hidden under water, as well as the ability to move independently.
Brazier-gazebo from "Moskvich-403"

"Moskvich-403", transformed by craftsmen from Russia into a gazebo, has lost the ability to move independently. Although there is still something burning fuel under its hood - it's a grill.
The installation project for the garden plot was developed and executed by Anton Svoboda, Dmitry Kozlov and Nikita Smirnov. In the course of the modifications, the body of the "Moskvich" received a two-tone color, but the middle pillar on the starboard side of the car lost: this is where the entrance to the gazebo is now located.
Soft upholstery has appeared on the walls of the cabin, the flooring is made of wood, and the niches on the dashboard have been turned into a bar. The steering wheel and doors on the port side remained in place. So from some angles this "four hundred and third" looks like an ordinary, high-quality restored car.
Car with a pool table

The principle "I carry everything with me" is clearly visible on the example of this car. It was once a regular Chevrolet Monte Carlo coupe released in the late 90s. But thanks to the efforts of tuning masters from the United States, the unremarkable car turned into a billiard table.
At the same time, the car retained the ability to move independently and is allegedly capable of reaching speeds of 100 miles per hour (160 kilometers per hour)! The machine is equipped with a TV and refrigerator.
The American pool table module can be detached from the cockpit, so there is no need to climb onto the vehicle to strike from one of the short sides.
"Volga" with a fence around the perimeter

Sometimes the car owner is able to go to extreme measures, wanting to protect his precious car from damage. Especially radical for this they simply lock the car in the garage for many years, thus turning it into a "time capsule".
But some do it differently. As the owner of this golden "Volga" GAZ-3110, seen on the roads of Ukraine. To protect the car body from scratches and minor accidents, he acted very decisively and built a real fence made of thick pipes around the perimeter of the car!
It is worth recognizing that such "barricades" will obviously not save from a serious accident, and even with a not very strong impact, there is a chance that the self-made "protection" will bend and make the body even worse. However, such a joke will most likely be able to protect the paintwork of a car in tight parking lots.
Of course, there is not so much practical benefit in constantly carrying a massive fence with you, but the public's attention is provided. But it seems that the Volgovod is also very tired of him: take a look at these thick curtains on the windows!
