The German magazine Auto Bild, together with experts from the technical supervision organization TÜV, has compiled a rating of the most reliable compact crossovers. It included 16 models, which were ranked according to the number of detected defects with a run of 100,000 kilometers.

-
Most of the problems were revealed in the second generation DaciDuster, which has been sold in Europe since 2017, but has not yet appeared in Russia. Crossovers have difficulties with oil consumption, steering, brakes and lighting. The Germans advise getting rid of the Duster after the warranty expires.
- There are many complaints about Peugeot 2008, Nissan Juke, Ford EcoSport, SkodYeti. They suffer from increased oil consumption, as well as defects in the brake and exhaust systems. These models have a defectiveness ratio above the class average (5.8 percent).
- The middle peasants were MINI Countryman, Nissan Qashqai, Mitsubishi ASX and BMW X1. The Mini's engine block and gearbox are sweating with oil, the Nissan has suspension problems, and the rest have weak brakes.
- The MazdCX-3 crossover is recognized as the most reliable - there are only complaints about shock absorbers and springs. The top 5 also includes the Audi Q3, Suzuki SX-4, Vitar and Opel Mokka. These models have not avoided increased oil consumption, but otherwise their reliability is above average.
