Chechen Startup With & Nbsp; Car Configurator Receives Foreign Investment

The Expocar ​​virtual car configurator developed in Chechnya received an investment of 32,000 dollars (2.2 million rubles) from the international accelerator Flat6Labs Bahrain in exchange for a 10% stake. In addition, the startup received a grant for the use of Amazon Web Services technologies in the amount of $ 15,000 (1.03 million rubles).

• According to TASS, Expocar ​​is a virtual reality configurator, where the car is displayed in full size and in any configuration. The development allows you to open the doors, hood or trunk, get behind the wheel and start the engine.
• As conceived by the authors, Expocar ​​will use dealerships to demonstrate cars that are not in stock, in order to show the change in equipment from the selected options in real time.
• The Chechen startup has been developing a virtual configurator since mid-March and already has one client. The firm is currently negotiating with several potential customers in Russia and other countries.
