The owner of the Colombian Niva, Ivan Rincon Jara, said that this is the first of two Ladas in the country to receive special numbers for classic cars. To this end, the Columbia Automobile Club carried out a thorough examination and confirmed that the SUV retained its originality by more than 90 percent.
- Ivan Rincon Hara fell in love with Lada at the age of 12, when his parents bought a VAZ-2106. Now he helps Colombian Lad owners in search of original parts and keeps his SUV in perfect working order, including regularly servicing a 1.6 carburetor with 75 horsepower.
