The Audi A6 Avant Wagon Ended Up In Russia Without Competitors

The Russian office of Audi announced the acceptance of pre-orders for the latest generation A6 Avant wagon. This model has no direct competitors in Russia: Mercedes-Benz E-class and Volvo V90 in the Russian market are available only in off-road versions, but the Audi A6 allroad, which will appear in Russia later, will compete with them.

The length, width and wheelbase of the Audi A6 Avant coincide with those of the sedan - 4939, 1886 and 2924 mm, respectively. But the cargo-passenger version is 5 mm (1463 mm) higher than the four-door, and the trunk volume (under the curtain) is 35 liters (565 liters) larger.

• In Russia, the Audi A6 Avant is available in three versions, and all of them are 195,000 rubles more expensive than similar sedans. The station wagon in the performance of 40 TFSI (from 3,311,000 rubles) comes with a two-liter petrol turbo engine with a capacity of 190 hp. (320 Nm), and 40 TDI (from 3 357 000 ₽) - with a 2.0 turbodiesel for 190 hp. (400 Nm). These five-doors are equipped with a seven-speed "robot" with two clutches and front-wheel drive. The 45 TDI version (from 4,194,000 ₽) is equipped with a supercharged diesel 3.0 V6 with a return of 249 hp. (600 Nm), eight-speed "automatic" and all-wheel drive.

• In the base, the Audi A6 Avant has 17-inch forged wheels, LED optics, a locomotive assistant with parking sensors "in a circle", dual-zone climate control and an MMI multimedia system with two touchscreen displays. The station wagon is also available in three additional equipment levels: Advance, Design and Sport.

In addition to the Audi A6 Avant, orders are open for the A6 45 TDI sedan (from 3,999,000 rubles) and the A7 Sportback 45 TDI liftback (from 4,810,000 rubles) with 249-horsepower three-liter turbodiesels.
