After the premiere of the updated 5 Series family, the head of the BMW M division, Markus Flush, announced that the premiere of the restyled version of the M5 sedan will take place in the next few weeks. Also on his Instagram, he posted a photo of the "hot" sedan.

• Markus Flush did not talk about the technical changes. Now the all-wheel drive M5 sedan is equipped with a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 developing 600 hp. and 750 Nm of torque (plus 25 hp in the Competition version). The acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h takes 3.4 seconds for the M5 and 3.3 seconds for the M5 Competition.

In Russia, the current BMW M5 sedan in the richly equipped 600-horsepower version of the Special Edition costs 8,300,000 rubles, and the 625-horsepower version of the Competition with fewer options is slightly cheaper - 8,280,000 rubles.
