BMW has unveiled a restyled version of the Gran Turismo 6 Series liftback. It debuted in 2017 - a year later than the "five", but the soplatform models were updated at the same time.

Like the BMW 5 Series, the "six" received a new front end with an enlarged radiator grille and narrowed headlights. The lights of Gran Turismo remained the same, and the changes to the bumpers were minor. The infotainment system with improved navigation is now available with a 10.25-inch or optional 12.3-inch monitor.

In Russia, the updated 6 series Gran Turismo will appear in two petrol and two diesel versions. The base will remain the rear-wheel drive 630i with a 249-horsepower two-liter turbo engine (400 Nm). The rest are only available with all-wheel drive. We are talking about 640i xDrive with a three-liter "turbo six" with a capacity of 340 hp. (400 Nm), 190-horsepower 620d xDrive (400 Nm) and 630d xDrive at 249 hp. (400 Nm).
- All engines are paired with a lighter and more economical eight-speed "automatic". In addition, in Europe they are equipped with 48-volt 11 hp starter-generators, which help with acceleration.
- When updating the "six" BMW has risen in price by 130,000-160,000 rubles, depending on the modification. Now the 630i version costs at least 4,290,000 rubles, 620d xDrive - 4,340,000 rubles, 630d xDrive - 4,850,000 rubles, 640i xDrive - 4,880,000 rubles. Production of the restyled liftbacks will begin in July and Gran Turismo will go on sale in August.
