New Mercedes-Benz S-Class: First Official Image

Mercedes-Benz has published for the first time an image of a new generation S-class sedan with the index W223. The teaser confirms the previously published images of the brand's flagship.

• At the Meet Mercedes Digital online conference, Daimler CEO Ola Kallenius spoke about his impressions of the S-Class W223 series. He liked the very calm and quiet running of the car, and he called the novelty special.

• It is already known how the interior of the Mercedes-Benz flagship will look like. On the front panel with elongated deflectors at a strong inclination, a huge multimedia system tablet is installed, and the lighting control washer has been moved to the driver's door.
• It has been announced that the premiere of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class will take place in the second half of 2020. According to the Auto.ru magazine, the sedan will reach the Russian market no earlier than 2021.

In mid-May, based on spy photos, we guessed what the next generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class would look like. As you can see, the car in our images looks as similar as possible to the version that will go into production.
