In three days, the Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate (MADI) canceled 846 decisions issued for the lack of electronic passes for cars for traveling around the city. They are canceled only for those drivers who made a mistake, indicating the data of the registration plate of their car.
- According to the Moscow Department of Transport, on the first day, 133 such resolutions were declared invalid, on the second - 534, and on the third - another 179 fines. The department did not report how many owners of cars incorrectly indicated the numbers.
- To appeal fines for trips without a digital pass, seven application forms were published on the official portal of Moscow. Each complaint is considered individually, and it does not constitute grounds for canceling the decision.
- The fine for drivers for not having a pass is five thousand rubles. The violation is recorded using 2500 traffic cameras and traffic police officers with smartphones with the Quarantine system.
