Video: BMW X7 From Alpina: 621 Power And 290 Km / H Top Speed
German firm Alpina, which is modifying BMW vehicles with the automaker's permission, has unveiled its version of the big X7 called the AlpinXB7. Previously, from the crossovers of the Bavarian brand, the studio tuned only X3 and X4.
Alpin took the BMW X7 M50i version as the basis for their car. The biturbo 4.4 V8 was re-flashed the control unit and improved the cooling system - the power increased from 530 to 621 horsepower, and the maximum torque - from 750 to 800 Newton meters.
- AlpinXB7 accelerates to "hundreds" in 4.2 seconds, which is half a second faster than a standard crossover. The top speed is 290 km / h versus 250 km / h for the M50i. A quarter mile (402 meters) 2655-kilogram novelty travels in 12.6 seconds.
- In addition, the AlpinXB7 received 23-inch forged wheels, modified air suspension, enlarged Brembo brake discs, a branded modest body kit and an interior altered with expensive leather.
- Atelier Alpin will ask for a minimum of 155,200 euros (12.3 million rubles) for the XB7 in Germany, which is 39,800 euros (3.2 million rubles) more than the initial cost of the BMW X7 M50i. The first customers will receive the revised crossovers in September.
