The Moscow Department of Transport decided to cancel fines for drivers who made a mistake, indicating the data of the registration plate of their car when issuing a mandatory digital pass. This was told in the press service of the department.
- Seven application forms have appeared on the official Moscow portal to appeal fines for lack of a pass. At the same time, the city authorities warned that the complaints are not grounds for canceling the fine, but promised to individually consider each request.
- Deptrans asked drivers to be more careful about filling in the pass and check its status before leaving - they even launched a Telegram bot for this. In total, according to the department, the share of cars without passes in the capital does not exceed three percent.
The fine for his absence is five thousand rubles, and the violation is recorded using 2500 traffic cameras and inspectors with smartphones with the new Quarantine system. To avoid punishment, you must issue a digital pass at least five hours before departure.
