Volkswagen has brought a coupe-like version of the Tiguan crossover to road tests in China. The model has received camouflage, which makes it look like the Changan CS85 Coupe. So VW decided to confuse the photo spies. Pictures published by Sina.cn.
- Fresh photos of the Volkswagen Tiguan coupe show a new pattern of LED running lights, a sidewall with large embossings and a sloping roof. In front, the crossover will be the same as the updated Tiguan, which has not yet been presented.

In the Chinese market, the crossover coupe will be sold under the name Tiguan X. In China, Volkswagen already offers the larger Tayron X and Teramont X models with a sloping roof.
- According to the latest data, the restyled Volkswagen Tiguan will debut in the summer, and the coupe version will appear during 2020. It is still unknown if the Tiguan X will be sold outside of China.
