A Hospital For & Nbsp; Patients With Coronavirus Opened At The Site Of The Moscow Motor Show

The Crocus Expo Exhibition Center has been converted into a hospital for patients with coronavirus. In August, the Moscow International Motor Show (MIAS) was supposed to take place here, but it was canceled due to the pandemic. According to TASS, on the first day of work, May 12, about 40 patients will be admitted to the temporary hospital.

• The hospital at Crocus Expo was deployed in just one week. It is designed for 1040 places, of which 120 are resuscitation places, equipped with artificial lung ventilation devices and other necessary equipment.
• On the first patients, the organization of meals and cleaning will be checked. The exhibition complex has never received patients, therefore, according to the head physician, it is necessary to check the work of all processes. Later, the hospital at Crocus Expo will begin accepting patients directly from the ambulance, but in the meantime, patients are brought here from the hospital in Krasnogorsk.

At the end of April, the largest car showroom in the capital, ATC "Moscow", began to be converted into a hospital. The hospital will operate in a six-storey building with an area of ​​130,000 square meters until at least August 1.
