Photos of the new model of the premium brand Hongqi, which belongs to the Chinese concern FAW, have appeared on the web. This is the first crossover of the brand, the appearance of which was done by Giles Taylor. Until 2018, he was the chief designer for Rolls-Royce.

• The Hongqi electric crossover generally retains the exterior of the E115 concept unveiled at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. There is also a large "Red Banner" on the nose - this is how the name Hongqi is translated. On the front panel there are three displays at once - an instrument cluster, a multimedia system screen and a climate control unit.
• According to the publication Autohome, which published the spy shots, the dimensions of the Hongqi E115 are larger than the BMW X7. The length of the Chinese crossover is 5160 mm, width - 2000 mm, height - 1730 mm, wheelbase size - 3250 mm.
• According to preliminary data, the Hongqi crossover will receive two electric motors - 218-horsepower (350 Nm) will be installed in the front, and 299-horsepower (420 Nm) at the back. The model will accelerate to 100 km / h in less than four seconds, and its range on a single charge will exceed 500 kilometers.
• It is not yet known what name the Hongqi electric crossover will receive. Its premiere and sales start in China is scheduled for 2020.
