Most of the violations of the access regime in the capital were recorded among cars with Moscow numbers - 50.3% of the total. Then there are numbers of Moscow (22.7%), Tver (1.2%), Vladimir (1.2%) and Tula (1.1%) regions. This is reported by the Moscow Department of Transport.

• The owners of the vehicles that violate the most frequently others are predominantly registered in the Central Federal District - 83.7%. This is followed by residents of the Volga (6.1%) and Southern (5.3%) districts. The remaining five federal districts accounted for 4.9 percent of incidents.
• The owners of Hyundai and Ki-, 7% each, neglect the access control most of all in Moscow. Volkswagen (5.9%), Toyot (5.6%) and Mercedes-Benz (5.2%) follow. • The fine for driving without or with an incorrectly issued pass in the capital is 5,000 rubles. To avoid punishment, drivers must acquire a digital pass at least five hours before driving.

Earlier, the Moscow authorities launched a Telegram bot to check for the presence of a personal or company car number in the database of electronic passes. If the pass is not found, the system will offer to complete the document.
