Video: VW Launched Contactless Repair And & Nbsp; Car Maintenance In Russia

Volkswagen has announced the start of a service called contactless service in Russia. It assumes free delivery of the car for repairs to an authorized dealer and back without the participation of the owner.

- For contactless delivery of the car, you need to sign up for a service by calling the dealership or through a mobile application. Acceptance of the car takes place remotely, and the inspection certificate is sent by e-mail. Repair approval also goes through the app. After online payment, the car will be returned back at the appointed time.
-
In the process of servicing the car, the owner can chat with the master. If the car needs additional repairs, the owner will be sent photos and videos of problem areas as part of the agreement.
- The new service is valid only for private traders and works until the restrictive measures related to the coronavirus pandemic are lifted in the country. More than 100 Volkswagen dealerships are now open in Russia - 48 of them provide contactless service.
