Marketing activity analytics is one of the most important tasks of any business. Especially for dealers working with Auto.ru, we have updated a useful tool - call tracking. New options and filters make it even easier to analyze calls and measure ad placement. Call tracking is available to all Auto.ru dealers free of charge. We will tell you what has changed.

  • Key section update - running dynamic call tracking: Calls are now automatically linked to the corresponding ad. In the list of calls, you can see for free which ad the client has applied for. In Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the update is available for all ads for passenger cars, in the regions - for used cars. You can find out if the update has appeared in your region from the manager of Auto.ru.

  • Calls can filter by parameters (make, model, year of manufacture, and so on) or by car VIN… In the list of calls in the left column, there is an advertisement that the client has addressed. If there is a dash in the column, the call did not come from a specific announcement, but, for example, from the dealer's page on Avto.ru. You can also filter ads by the incoming number - that is, by the phone from which the client called. Or see all calls with a call back.

  • Appeared automatic marking of unique and targeted calls, that is, according to the specified criteria, calls will be marked with a corresponding badge. This will simplify the analytics of hits. Unique calls are calls from a new number from which there have been no calls in the last 14 days. Targeted calls are calls lasting more than a minute. The parameters of unique and targeted calls can be changed in the settings in your personal account.

  • Now you can add unique tags to each call, which later will help you find and filter calls faster. The dealer can independently create his own set of tags, for example, service, credit, spare parts, and so on.
