Video: New BMW Model Photographed Without Camouflage

Photos of the future new BMW have appeared on the Web, which show its front and rear parts of the body. According to Bimmerpost, the mysterious car could be a second-generation 2-series coupe with the G42 index or a restyled version of the 1-series front-wheel drive sedan (F52), which is sold only in China (since 2017) and Mexico (since 2018).

- The new BMW model was photographed in the elevator of the Munich research center of the brand. While this is a full-scale design model - this is indicated by the conveyor in front, with which it is moved around the building. It is not yet known whether the car will go into mass production with this design.

-
In the second generation, BMW will retain the classic rear-wheel drive layout and move to a shortened version of the CLAR platform from the 3 Series family. The two-door will receive four- and six-cylinder engines, and its premiere will take place in 2021.
- The front-wheel drive BMW 1 Series sedan is based on the UKL architect behind the MINI models, the Active Tourer 2 Series compact van and the X1 and X2 crossovers. Its updated version should be shown by the end of 2020.
