Classic Limousine Mercedes-Benz With & Nbsp; Salon From & Nbsp; Maybach Sell For & Nbsp; 177 & Nbsp; Million Rubles
Auto Leitner from the Netherlands has put up for sale a unique Mercedes-Benz 600 series W100, produced in 1975. For a limousine with interior elements from the Maybach 62 of the 2000s, they ask for 2,150,000 euros (177.4 million rubles).
The restomod was created by the Mercedes-Benz Classic factory division. Externally, the car differs from the original copies only by a modern body color and a panoramic roof from the same Maybach 62. Chairs with armrests, a retractable TV, a refrigerator with a minibar and a speedometer mounted on the ceiling were also taken from a modern limousine.
Under the hood of the car is a standard 6.3-liter petrol V8 with 250 hp. and a four-speed automatic transmission. All units have been completely restored.
Work on the Mercedes-Benz 600 began in 2007. The restomod was ready after seven years. The restoration cost 3,000,000 euros (247.8 million rubles). Since then, the car has driven only 1,122 kilometers.
