Video: VW Will Stop Production In & Nbsp; Russia Due To Coronavirus
The Volkswagen concern announced the termination of car production at factories in Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod from March 30 to April 10. It is reported by "TASS".

The Grabtsevo Technopark in Kaluga produces Volkswagen Polo, Tiguan and SkodRapid models, as well as 1.6 EA211 series gasoline engines. SkodOctavia, Karoq and Kodiaq are produced at the facilities of GAZ Group in Nizhny Novgorod.
Volkswagen plants became the first car companies in Russia to be suspended due to the coronavirus. In addition, the tire company Pirelli stopped production at the Voronezh and Kirov plants until April 1.
Earlier, several car companies told the Auto.ru magazine that Russian factories are operating normally and there are no plans to suspend production.
