In one of the covered parking lots in Dubai, 10 Ford Excursions of the latest, 2005 release, were found. All of these SUVs have never been driven and stored under transparent covers. Photos of the find were posted by David Chambers on his Facebook.

- All Ford Excursions are in excellent factory condition. One of the Dubai sheikhs bought off-road vehicles in reserve, paying about $ 500,000 for them 15 years ago.
- Eight Excursions are powered by 6.8-liter V10 petrol engines with 314 hp. (576 Nm), and a couple of six-liter turbodiesel V8s with 329 hp. (745 Nm). On gasoline SUVs, as the author of the photos writes, most likely it will be necessary to replace the fuel pumps: they have probably become unusable from a long downtime.
Frame Ford Excursion, built on the basis of the Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup, debuted in 1999. Its length is 5758 millimeters - it is still the largest SUV of the brand. In 2007, Time named the model one of the 50 worst cars of all time.
