According to Avto.ru, in February 2020, 407.5 thousand used passenger cars were registered in Russia, which is 11.1% more than a year earlier. Among them, 98.6 thousand cars are crossovers and SUVs, which is 15.1% higher than the result of February 2019. Here is a list of the 10 most popular secondary crossovers.

The share of SUVs in the secondary market in February rose to 24.2% (plus 0.8 points). Except for the Lexus LX and Ssangyong Kyron, whose sales fell by 1%, as well as the Audi Q7 and Mercedes-Benz GL-class, the demand for which has stagnated, all other models from the top 50 came out on top.

The best result was marked by Hyundai Creta: plus 127%, more than 900 registered cars. Another growth leader is the compact Renault Kaptur: almost 600 cars, twice as many as in February 2019.

For 5 years, the share of crossovers in the "secondary" has expanded by about 5%. At the beginning of 2015, they did not occupy even 20% of the used car market, but along with the growing popularity of new SUVs (almost half of the cars sold in 2019 are crossovers and SUVs), there are more and more offers for the sale of used cars.
