Video: New York Auto Show & Nbsp; Postponed Due To & Nbsp; Coronavirus

The organizers of the International Auto Show in New York have postponed the date of the exhibition by almost five months. The reason is the coronavirus COVID-19, due to which the Geneva Motor Show was previously canceled.
- The New York Auto Show was scheduled to run from April 8-19. New dates - from August 26 to September 6. Exactly on the same days, an international motor show is scheduled to be held in Moscow, the organizers of which had previously announced that a decision on the fate of the exhibition would be taken before the end of spring. The event may be canceled due to the same coronavirus and the fall of the Russian car market.
- It is not yet known what will happen with the new products, which were planned to be shown in the spring at the New York Auto Show. Perhaps, following the example of Geneva, most of the cars will be demonstrated virtually as a result. The World Car of the Year award ceremony will also take place online.
Previously, Cadillac has postponed indefinitely the debut of the Lyriq electric crossover. The model was supposed to be shown on April 2 at a special event, and later brought to the New York Auto Show.
