Video: Tesla Has Released The Millionth Electric Car

Tesl has surpassed the million-car assembled mark. The red crossover Model Y turned out to be the jubilee one. The head of the company, Elon Musk, told about the achievement on Twitter.

-
Tesl became the first electric vehicle manufacturer to break the million-assembled mark. It was founded in 2003 and only five years later began small-scale production of the first model - the Roadster, based on the Lotus Elise.
- Tesl's current lineup consists of the Model S liftback, the Model 3 sedan and the Model X and Y crossovers. They are manufactured in three factories in the US, China and the Netherlands. Later, the second generation Roadster, the Semi tractor and the Cybertruck pickup should become serial.
Elon Musk also asked the opinion of Twitter users whether it would be worthwhile to create a "mega-rave" site with an "epic audio system" near the Tesl plant under construction in Berlin, in which only a subwoofer would be the size of a car. At the time of this publication, 400,000 users took part in the survey. Of these, 89 percent supported Musk's idea.
The Gigafactory 4 plant is being built in Berlin next to the new international airport. To accommodate the buildings, part of the forest had to be cut down, which the local eco-activists really did not like. However, the German court dismissed the claims against Tesla, and by 2021 the production of the Model Y crossover should be launched in the country.
