VW's first all-electric crossover - it would be worth queuing at the Geneva booth for that. Now you will have to go to Volkswagen salons for ID.4: by the end of 2020, the silent novelty should reach dealers in a rear-wheel drive version, and later with four drivers. The ID.4 is based on the same modular MEB electric platform as the VW ID.3 and Seat el-Born, and the range, depending on the version, can be up to 500 kilometers!

The alternative to VW's electric ID.4 is, of course, the Touareg crossover at its most powerful. Behind the R is a wild 462-horsepower tandem of a three-liter biturbo V6 petrol and a 136 horsepower electric motor, complete with a battery pack. This is how elegant and modern the Touareg R overshadowed its 450-horsepower ancestor with a huge six-liter W12. VW did not disclose data on the dynamics of the "erka", but rumors persistently beat down the bar of five seconds to a hundred, so the truth is somewhere nearby. As well as the start of sales: in the second half of 2020, when the most powerful Tuareg will appear on the roads.
