The Most Popular Cars With "automatic Machines"

According to Avto.ru, in January 2020, Russians bought 96.8 thousand new passenger cars - 1.6% more than a year earlier. Among them, about 58.5 thousand cars were equipped with an automatic transmission (classic "automatic", variator and "robot"), which is 7% more than a year ago. The share of cars with automatic transmission increased by 3.1 points and reached 60.4%. Chose the most popular two-pedal cars.

The statistics do not take into account BMW sales: since 2020, the company has changed the frequency of summing up sales from monthly to quarterly.

The most popular Lad with two pedals is the flagship Vesta family: 1,121 cars were sold in January (plus 86.5%) - 15% of total sales (plus 6.5 points). The rise in popularity is due to the new CVT from Jatco.

The Grant family with an automatic transmission was 1.5 times worse apart: 715 units (minus 7.9%), the share was 8.4% (minus 1.7 points). LadXray did not buy 329 units on "mechanics", and the demand for cars with automatic transmission increased 3.5 times. The reason for the increased popularity is the same as that of Vesta - a new transmission. The share of such machines in the total volume is 31.1% (plus 26.3 points).
