New Logan Brought To & Nbsp; Tests

For the first time, photo spies managed to see the third generation European sedan DaciLogan during road tests. The pictures were published by the Auto Evolution edition.

• The third Logan will have a slightly different profile, the doors will no longer go onto the roof, and the door handles will be remade for a natural grip. A little earlier, pictures of the Sandero soplatform hatchback appeared, which show that the location of the multimedia system screen will change in the model's cabin: it will stand above the center console.
• According to rumors, the new DaciLogan and Sandero will be built on a budget version of the modular CMF-B platform from the Renault Clio hatchback and the Nissan Juke crossover. Simplification boils down to using cheap parts like drum brakes at the back.
• The next-generation Logan and Sandero engine range will include a 75-horsepower naturally aspirated engine, a 1.0-liter turbo engine of 101 power, running on petrol and gas, as well as a 1.5-liter turbodiesel in several boost options. In addition, there will be a hybrid version with a 1.6 gasoline aspirated and an electric motor.

• The third generation DaciLogan and Sandero will premiere in the summer of 2020. Probably, in Russia these models, sold under the Renault brand, will no longer repeat the European versions. Earlier, Renault chief designer Laurens van den Acker said that the French company had no plans to sell Daci cars under its own brand.
