Video: AvtoVAZ Employees Were Allowed To Complain About Their Colleagues And Bosses Via The Internet

Renault, which owns the Lada brand, has launched a website for AvtoVAZ employees, through which they can file complaints about violations at the company. The portal "Lada.Online" told about it.
- According to Alexey Koveshnikov, director for internal control and audit of AvtoVAZ, the site is intended for all employees: both permanent and contractual, and temporary, including interns. They can report corruption, violation of corporate ethics and wrongdoing (theft, psychological pressure, sexual harassment, discrimination, identity theft).
- AvtoVAZ workers can use the site on a computer, tablet, as well as a work or personal smartphone. When contacting, confidentiality is maintained and it becomes possible to track the status of the message. Koveshnikov noted that an employee must know about violations personally and report them without malicious intent or benefit for themselves.
-
Since the launch of the website, about 20 messages have been received at AvtoVAZ. After verification, information on some complaints was not confirmed, and on several, it was partially confirmed. In the latter case, measures have already been taken to prevent the identified violations.
