Japanese farm equipment manufacturer Kubot has unveiled a concept tractor called the X Tractor. According to the creators, interest in farming in Japan is falling every year, and new equipment is capable of cultivating very large plots of land without human intervention.

- The exterior of the KubotX Tractor is made in a futuristic style. The concept has an autopilot system with multiple cameras, sensors and a satellite navigation system, and a solar panel is installed on the roof.
- The KubotX Tractor is equipped with four tracked tracks with independent electric wheel motors. The ground clearance can be adjusted over a wide range due to a special suspension, the details of which have not yet been disclosed in Kubot.
- The artificial intelligence system is trained to independently move through fields and rice plantations. At the same time, dozens of factors are automatically tracked: for example, the weather and the growth rate of crops. Without the participation of people, the tractor can even determine the timing of certain tasks.
Kubot is not disclosing whether the X Tractor will go into series production. In the meantime, the unmanned tractor surprises visitors to various exhibitions.
