The best dynamics is in the diesel versions of the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class: in 2019, 3.1 thousand and 2.3 thousand units were registered, respectively, which is 3 times more than a year ago. The share of diesel versions in the range of these models has also tripled: for the "three-wheel" - up to 66%, for the E-class - up to 29%. In addition to them, in the class of mass models, the Volvo XC40 (plus 182%) and Hyundai Tucson (plus 145%) were noted for three-digit sales growth.

Record high shares of diesel modifications - Audi Q7 (97.9%, 2.9 thousand units), BMW X6 (94.4%, 3.1 thousand units), Land Rover Discovery (92.7%, 0.5 thousand units) and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport (92.6%, 7 thousand cars). ToyotHilux (3.1 thousand registered cars) and Mitsubishi L200 (1.9 thousand units), which are presented on the Russian market only with diesel engines, stand apart.
