A new Audi RS Q8, the brand's fastest crossover, was found in a river near the Dutch town of Reuweik. According to the local portal 112groenehart, the car was registered as recently as January 4, 2020.
The reason for the Audi RS Q8 getting into the water is still unknown. The car was taken out of the river with the help of a tow truck: it took three hours. There are no casualties in the accident.
- In the Netherlands, the base Audi RS Q8 costs 199,700 euros (13.8 million rubles). The drowned crossover also had additional equipment in the amount of 49,201 euros (3.4 million rubles). This list includes 23-inch wheels, a panoramic roof and a carbon fiber trim kit.
The RS version of the Audi Q8 was unveiled in November 2019 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The model went on sale in the European market at the beginning of this year. The all-wheel drive crossover is equipped with a biturbo 4.0 V8 with 600 hp. (800 Nm). It accelerates to "hundreds" in 3.8 seconds, and the maximum speed is 305 km / h. The RS Q8 is also the fastest crossover in the Nürburgring.
