
Video: New Skoda Octavia RS And Octavia Scout Revealed Before The & Nbsp; Premiere

Skod company has shown the first teaser of the "charged" version of the fourth generation OctaviRS. The model will receive the iV prefix and will be equipped with a hybrid power plant with the ability to recharge from an external network.

- Simultaneously with the official announcement, images appeared on the Web not only of the new SkodOctaviRS, but also of the all-terrain modification of the OctaviScout. The new versions differ from ordinary liftbacks and station wagons in the design of bumpers and rims. As before, the OctaviScout will only be available as a wagon with increased ground clearance and all-wheel drive.

The most powerful SkodOctavi will be the first hybrid in Skoda's RS lineup. Now Octavia already has a modification with the iV index - it is equipped with a 1.4-liter gasoline "turbo four", a 13 kWh battery, as well as a six-speed "robot" with two clutches and a built-in electric motor. The hybrid modification produces 204 horsepower.
- The SkodOctaviRS iV will premiere at the Geneva Motor Show on March 3. There is no information about the release date of the cross-wagon yet.
