Video: Toyota Pickup Truck Turned Into & Nbsp; 900-horsepower Drift Car

Factory division Toyot Racing Development (TRD) has created an insane drift car based on the Toyot Tacoma pickup truck. The racer Brad DeBerty, who participates in the project, told about the car in his instagram.

-
Only the one-and-a-half cab remained from the serial pickup, and the frame was replaced with a spatial steel structure, which made it possible to greatly underestimate the car. The aggressive body kit with a huge wing is complemented by wide low-profile wheels and camouflage body paint.
- Inside the ToyotTacom, there are two racing seats, a suede steering wheel, a roll cage, a carbon fiber front fascia and a high hydraulic handbrake lever. There are no analog devices - they are replaced by two monitors.
- Under the hood is a racing V-8 engine from a NASCAR championship car. It develops around 900 horsepower and is mated to a manual transmission. There is such a large air filter mounted above the engine that a hole had to be made in the hood.
- It took just 90 days to create the wild ToyotTacom. Now the show car will travel to exhibitions and various events for the entertainment of the public.
