Video: Nissan Pathfinder Will Remain A Crossover

The fifth generation Nissan Pathfinder has been spotted for the first time by photo spies. Photos from tests taking place in the United States were published by Autoblog.

-
Since 2012, when the fourth Pathfinder debuted, the model has been a crossover, not a frame SUV. In the fifth generation, the revolution will not happen - only the appearance will change, which will be performed in the new corporate style of the brand. The Pathfinder will receive a larger grille and enlarged rear-view mirrors, which are now located on the doors, rather than at the base of the windows.
- It is expected that the petrol aspirated 3.5 V6 in the new Pathfinder will be replaced with a two-liter "turbo four" with variable compression ratio, installed on the Infiniti QX50. The turbo engine will be combined with a variator and four-wheel drive.
- The new Nissan Pathfinder will premiere in 2020. The current generation crossover for Russia was produced at the company's St. Petersburg plant, but in 2017 the model left our market due to low demand.
