In Russia, Allowed To Sell The Updated Mitsubishi Pajero Sport

Rosstandart has published certification documents for the Thai-assembled restyled Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. As before, only gasoline SUVs will be brought from Thailand.

• The updated Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is equipped with a three-liter V6 petrol engine with 209 hp. (279 Nm). It is combined with an eight-speed "automatic" and is placed on cars with all-wheel drive Super Select II.
• The more popular diesel Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, which has not yet survived restyling, is now being produced at the PSMA plant in Kaluga. An SUV with a 2.4-liter turbodiesel with 181 hp. (430 Nm), six-speed "mechanics" and all-wheel drive costs 2,469,000 rubles, while the gasoline version will cost at least 3,017,000 rubles.
• There is no official information about the start of sales of the restyled Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. Published documents are valid from January 10, 2020.

The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has been updated with two-tier front optics, LED lights with a shortened bottom, and an eight-inch digital instrument cluster. The list of equipment now includes a blind spot monitoring system, a function of warning about the appearance of cars when reversing and an electric tailgate with the ability to activate via an application on a smartphone.
