

Ki has presented a global development plan until 2025. The main goal of the automaker is to create an autopilot and prepare for the release of a dozen electric models. This will be allocated $ 25 billion.

The first electric car built from scratch and without modifications with an internal combustion engine, Ki will present in 2021. According to Autocar, the model will receive an 800-volt electrical system and a design inspired by the Imagine by Ki concept with 21 monitors in the cabin. This prototype was presented in the spring of 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show.
- In total, the Ki will have 11 electric models by 2025. To reduce the cost, junior electric cars will be equipped with a 400-volt electrical system. According to the development plan, the company plans to sell 500,000 electric vehicles a year from 2026, which is projected to be 6.6 percent of the global market, excluding China. In South Korea, North America and Europe, the share of electric vehicles will reach 20 percent of the company's total sales. However, they will not be implemented as actively in emerging markets.
