Video: Start Of Production Of Aurus SUV Postponed Until & Nbsp; 2022 & Nbsp; Year

Serial production of the Aurus Komendant SUV will begin a year later than planned - in 2022. The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov told Izvestia about this, but he did not name the reasons for the delay.

- According to Manturov, the conveyor production of the Aurus Senat sedans will begin on time - in 2021. Applications for the Arsenal minivan are also accepted, but the volume of orders is still not enough for the serial production of the model.
- According to the plan, large-scale production of Aurus cars will be deployed at the Sollers group enterprise in the Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan. By the end of 2021, more than 500 copies of the Aurus will be produced, and the plant will reach full capacity of 5,000 cars per year until 2024.
-
So far, Aurus Senat sedans and Arsenal minivans are manually produced at the facilities of the Moscow NAMI. By the end of 2019, 150 cars will be produced, and next year - about 200 in ten different colors. With the start of conveyor production, the color palette will be seriously expanded.
- The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade also said that at the moment more than 600 orders for Aurus cars have been collected. At the same time, so far only the initial price of the Senat sedan has been announced: it is 18 million rubles.
