Stefan Teller, a specialist at the German certification organization SGS-TÜV Saar, said that TeslCybertruck, in its current form, will not be able to obtain permission to enter European roads. A stainless steel pickup body that can withstand pistol shots will fail Europe's passive safety and pedestrian protection standards. Also, the model does not have the obligatory windshield wipers.
During the premiere, Tesl announced that mass production of the Cybertruck would begin at the end of 2021. The pickup will definitely go on sale in North America, but there is no information about other countries yet.

And this seems to be true: the differences are visible only in the headlights and the front bumper. The rear-wheel drive Seat el-Born will be based on the Volkswagen ID.3 and will premiere in 2020.
