Korean journalists managed to find out the characteristics of the Genesis GV80. The dimensions of the first crossover of the premium brand Hyundai are close to the dimensions of the BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz GLE: the length of the "Korean" will be 4945 mm, width - 1975 mm, height - 1715 mm, wheelbase - 2955 mm.

Genesis GV80 will be presented with a three-liter inline six-cylinder turbodiesel with a capacity of 278 hp. (588 Nm). With it, the crossover accelerates to 100 km / h in 6.8 seconds. A little later, two new gasoline turbo engines will appear - a 2.5-liter "four" with a return of 304 hp. (422 Nm) and 3.5 V6, developing 380 hp. (530 Nm). With them, the GV80 will be able to accelerate to "hundreds" in 6.9 and 5.7 seconds, respectively.

In South Korea, the Genesis GV80 will start at 58.5 million won (3.13 million rubles). The official premiere of the model will take place before the end of 2019. It also became known that the first Genesis crossover will appear in Russia in the second half of 2020.
