The Russian office of Ki has announced that the range of power units for the Seltos crossover for our market will consist of three gasoline engines. They will be combined with four transmission options. Earlier, Rosstandart published certification documents for a new product with the same data.

The power data is slightly different: the documents indicate that the KiSeltos will receive a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine with 121 hp. (with all-wheel drive) and 123 hp. (with front-wheel drive), a two-liter aspirated engine for 149 forces and a 177-strong "turbo four" 1.6. Ki said that the output of the base motor will be 120 hp, the average - 147 hp, and the top-end one - 175 hp.
- The weakest engine will combine six-speed "mechanics" and "automatic", with a two-liter - a variator, and with a turbo engine - a seven-speed "robot" with two clutches. The most powerful motor will be offered only with four-wheel drive, the rest - with two or four drive wheels to choose from.
KiSeltos will be assembled for the Russian market at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad. The model will go on sale in 2020.
